For the salad:
3 to 4 cups of salad greens
1 apple
4 large strawberries
1/2 cup of walnuts
Orange Honey Vinaigrette:
1/2 cup of orange juice
2 Tbs of honey
1 1/2 Tbs of balsamic vinegar
1 Tsp of fresh ground pepper
2 Tbs of grapeseed oil
Steps:
Combine oil, pepper, orange juice and vinegar into a bowl.
Toast walnuts in a non-greased heated skillet for 5 minutes.
Chop apples and strawberries into medium-small pieces.
Toss the fruit and walnuts with the salad greens.
Add the vinaigrette last, mix with the salad and serve!
